As a sewing teacher Jane is very patient, creative and helpful. Having only a small class is really beneficial as I can focus on my project and help right on hand and having supplies in the classroom ie zips, scissors etc is so accessible and if I forget my cotton I can purchase cheaper than in a retail store. I have learnt so much in the years I have been a student and just love the environment.

Our daughter Samantha has been attending sewing classes with Jane for five years. Sam was at primary school when she first began her sewing lessons, and is now in high school.
I don’t sew myself, and Sam had minimal sewing experience before attending Janes classes. But thanks to Jane’s wonderful teaching Sam has come a long way and now makes beautiful clothes for herself.
Sam absolutely loves going to her sewing lessons, and a big part of this is due to Jane’s cheerful and outgoing nature. We have found Jane to be a wonderful, patient and caring teacher. Jane is professional and efficient, and always personable, she makes learning fun! When it was Jane’s birthday Sam and her friend Hanna decided they would bake Jane a Sewing Machine shaped birthday cake to celebrate Jane’s special day. For the girls to do this it shows what a great person Jane is, and how much the children adore her.
Attending classes with Jane has been very beneficial for our daughter, and Sam truly looks forward to her weekly lesson.
I have no hesitation in recommending Jane to any family who would love their child (boy or girl) to learn the wonderful art of sewing and clothing design.
