​Parcels are sent tracked via Courier Post.   Your parcel will be covered for damage, however Sew Know How or Courier Post will not be responsible for any missing or damaged parcels once the parcel has been registered as delivered within the Courier Post tracking system.

RETURNS

I only stock what I love to use when sewing and I want you to love what you buy.  If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return it for a refund.  We will refund the amount of your purchase (which includes the shipping cost of your order).  You will, however, be responsible for the cost of return post and packaging and returns must be received within 15 working days of delivery.  Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging.  Please email us before making a return at    jane@janegilder.com

Refunds will be made with the same payment method you used to purchase your order.
